Both Conti CH95 and Michelin MXV4 are called all season - which generally means less than the optimum performance in any one of them. Do you really need winter capable tires? Winter capable b/c of an occasional light snow, or an occasional heavy snow with lots of light ones? What range of brands can you use for replacement?
Nokian Summer tires can handle the occasional light snow - but it won't be fun or confidence inspiring. Nokian NRW four season tires really are "all season" - and they have the "snowflake" on the side to prove it! Long wearing and comfortable. They handle wet and dry roads well, too, but not with the authority of their summer tire couterparts.
