My old ramps are just that --"OLD".
Two-piece metal ramps from SEARS (I think) that I got for my 1978 SAAB. PITA =Pain In The A** to use. Plus in cold weather---- I keep 'em for my older SAABs--- C900's , and the occasional 99 or 96 that comes by etc.
The Rhino ramps are made of a composite material, so there isn't much if any cold transfer, to my hands when I'm in the garage, and they are very easy to clean up when finished with my DIY service.
I live north of you, and cold seems to come here and stick around a little more than Akron/Canton. Plus, my hands begin to hurt if I'm out int the cold too long. I guess an age thing.
I could turn on the kerosene heater, but then I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes to heat up the garage, and by then with the use of the Rhino ramps, I'm already past the midway point through an oil change.
Once you have the Rhino ramps ,your jack will be used (mostly) for tire rotations and winter tire changeovers.
