After my 2400 mile road trip and lowering the rears to 34 psi, things are much better. The extra 150 pounds in the rear end of a wagon may make things worse. I characterize the problem as an oversteer instabilty and it feels dangerous to me with the Aero's quick steering. But it seems to be getting better, part of that is probably my adaption to using very slight steering inputs.

I did not recommend 39 psi really, I just tried it that way as thats what the tires had when delivered to me. I will try TG's recommendations this weekend. I still have 39 psi in the front.

It was 25F this AM and I got 32.4 mpg on my highway commute segment. The winds were dead flat, a all too rare situation. This is with the snow tires. I have found that snow tires do have lower rolling resistance compared to performance tires. I am approaching 5000 miles.
