MA to VT last Friday...is the Aero the perfect ski car?

After this trip, I think it is...
I was one of the loonies driving from Boston to Waitsfield, VT on Friday night...normally takes 3h15min, but thanks to Mother Nature took close to 7 hours. 4 people in the car, rear passengers loving the heated rear seat, good music on the HK stereo and plenty of patience...
Blinding snow at times, SUVs off the road everyhere, but the snow tire equipped Aero wagon performed flawlessly. The steep hill near the house I was heading to proved the only challenge for the car, and I managed to overheat the TCS/ESP system, even with the ESP eventually turned off (by me). About 15 seconds later, the ABS, Brake, and triangular warning lights all came on...clearly the brakes were overheating (you could smell it!). I was a bit concerned I had blown a fuse or fried the ABS computer, but the car completely reset itself the next morning and it worked perfectly afterwards.
My only complaint is that you can turn off the ESP, but you can't turn off the TCS (at least, that's what I am assuming? Maybe I'm wrong? Is it all one system now?). In deep snow, sometimes wheelspin is the only answer...
Needless to say, this has to be the best wagon on the planet for the money...and it proves that FWD and good snow tires can get you almost anywhere...
Cheers,
Paul H.
