All work to some extent. Certainly worth trying one by one to get results.
I ground in some polish with a buffer and the trim needed serious work to get it out. I tried all the tricks but it took several applications of an all purpose cleaner and a stiff brush to remove the wax.
If you want to restore the look of the trim, try Forever Black. Its a dye-like product that applies sorta like shoe polish. I'm testing some on my car and so far its held up over 4 months and numerous car washes.
