If the car is misaligned, it could drift left or right. This is nothing that isn't fixable with an alignment job. However, make sure that the machine doing the alignment has been recently calibrated. If it hasn't it could solve nothing. I took my Aero in one time with a right pull and got the car back with a left pull.
The camber of the road will also cause your car to pull (to the left if the road sloped down to the left, to the right if the road slopes to the right). This is normal on all cars. Since most roads slope down to the right, a feeling that the car is pulling to the right is not unusual--even though nothing is wrong with the car at all.
