My 2000 9-5 LPT drifted to the right when I let go of the wheel. My 2001 Aero does not pull much at all.
The 9-5 does have a tendency to follow road crown. (the aero drifts to the left when the road is crowned that way (left lane of a highway) and the right when the road is crowned that way (right lane of highway or any lane of an undived two way street) The tendency to follow road crown is partially due the suspension geometry. Unfortunately the geometry to make a car that feels good tends to make a car that is sensative to road crown and vice versa.
If your car pulls to the right, regardless of which way the road is crowned, than you might have an alignment or tire issue. You can have the dealer check your cross car caster as well as cross car camber. Caster is not easily adjusted on the 9-5.
The tires might be slighty conical. If you switch tires cross car and your car now pulls the opposite direction there is a good chance the tires are to blame.
If you the car checks out as being perfectly symetric and still pulls, you may want to consider dialing in cross car camber and caster to offset the problem. I know of at least one american OEM that intentionally ships their cars with asymetric camber and caster settings to compensate for asymetric loading as well as road crown.
