I don't think thatI stated anything about drilling things, I was refering to the deposits and oil etc. I am not familiar enough with this orifice drilling issue to state anything myself. I am reading intently trying to grasp what is going on with the PCV systems on some variants and why they would get fouled up to great crankcase pressures.
It is hard to get the big picture with so many fragmented pieces of information. I have not seen a detailed statement of the problem, exactly what variants and years are effected, what goes wrong and what the fix is, and an explantation on why there would be differences in the PCV systems with these variants. I have actually never heard of crankcase before in my life. So PCV systems seem to have been designed well enough for a couple of decades that one does not really give them much thought.
