the 1999 9-5s. Since I have 112,300 miles on mine with one severe winter in CT, the balance in hot and humid FL while towing a 2,000lb travel trailer three months a year throughout the Northeaster US, I feel qualified to repond to this. The ECU problem was the only major one my car has had. It had a minor oil leak from a seeping headgasket that I could have lived with but decided since I am keeping the car to 500,000 miles, I should take care of it. That was at 108,000 miles. At 111,000 miles I changed out the DIC as a preventive measure. I now have a spare. The rotors are original with EBC Green Stuff on the front at about 55,000 miles and SAAB OEM pads on the rear at 100,000. I am putting on a SAAB Remus Sport Exhaust this week but the original has not worn through yet. I use Mobil 1 15W50 since new with only one SAAB SemiSyn use at 100,000. I change every 5,000 with a new filter each time. I also put a K&N filter on at about 105,000 miles. The mileage figures I am giving are off the top of my head so please don't hold me to the exact figure. Enough for now.
