Some owners will say the Saab cc is the best auto cc system they ever had, and I certainly have no reason to doubt that. Other posters have said that their system is not the best, and include me amongst these.
Mine is a 99, and when I first received the car, on moderately cold days I would have to set the temp. at 72 or 74 to feel warm. Gradually this has changed to where now on a cold day I need to adjust the temp. controls downward to keep from feeling too hot, the colder the outside temp, the more downward adjustment needed.
Not the case on my 1996 9000 or my Ford SHO, where the settings remained accurate over the life of the auto.
I think these type of variances can occur with many auto cc systems; some temp control systems can be adjusted to correct these type of variances and accurately regulate the interior temp.
But you know as they always say on this board "it's just a great car", with a wee little problem here and there.
