Need a little more info to answer.
Does the drain bolt have a good head but is too tight to remove, or is the head buggered-up and too tight to remove? If the answer is #2, buy a new drain bolt(~$5), have a shop/dealer do almost whatever is necessary to remove the old bolt, install the new bolt USING A 6 POINT SOCKET, and never use a 12 point wrench on it again!
If the answer is #1, I'm at a bit of a loss. If it was tightened once, it ought to be able to be removed. It is a steel bolt with copper washer threaded into a thick aluminum casting filled with oil.
The usual problem is a rounded-off head and use of a 12-point wrench. this combination just causes more rounding off as the wrench can't grip the damaged head. I made this same mistake - once.
