Although there is still 6 inches of snow on the ground here in Michigan the temps got all the way up to 46 degrees today. Possibly the first day above freezing in 2003!

I went looking for new summer tires to replace my MXV4's with 55,000 miles of use on them. I found Toyo FZ4's in P225/50-VR16 for only $100 installed. The OEM size for my 2.3lpt were $140 each since there was no special pricing for that size.

Yeah, I agree that the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S is probably a better tire. But I can buy two sets of these Toyo's for the price of one set of the Michelin's and all postings regarding these Toyo's have been very favorable.

I am assuming this pricing is a national promotion and not just at the chain I purchased my tires at. No, they will not be installed on my car until the snow is gone - Hakka Q's until then.
