Mine is Canadian spec, and it looks different. The scale of the range between 0 anf 140 km/h is twice wider than the scale of the 140-240 range. This the 0-140 zone spread from 7 o'clock to 3, and the rest is squeezed between 3 and 6. I find it amazingly convenient -- you can watch the speed with more precision while in the city, and once you're above 140, you don't really care anymore ;)
