FM tuning: how do I go in 0.05 increments?

Well, I just picked up a 2003 Aero to replace a 2000 Aero (I switched from auto to stick and from silver to steel gray).
I'd like to pick up the audio from TV channel 6 -- it's just outside the official FM band (at 87.5, I think). When I got the first 9-5, someone at Saab told me how to switch the radio to "European tuning" which goes down a bit more so that I can get channel 6 (and which tunes frequencies in increments of 0.05 instead of 0.2).
Does anyone here know how to do this?
Thanks, Ken
