calmly call the dealer and ask for the service manager, again calmly explain to him your issues with the wheels, tell him you are upset and want to what he can do to remidy the situation,i am sure he will have to see the wheels and see what he is willing to offer as a resonable repair.do not call and be mad or yelling, that will get you nowhere.i am a saab dealer tech, customers who come in and act real mad get nowhere, especially after there warranties are up.be very nice and when you take your car in to get the wheels looked at,take in a box of dunkin doughnuts for the boys to eat, that will get you everywhere.if you take in something for them to remember you by everytime you go in,like doughnuts, coffee,(stupid cheap things)and be nice, even though they screwed up your car, they will always remember the nice things you did and go the extra mile to make you a happy customer that will keep coming back,i know it sounds like a dumb thing to do since they screwed up,but mistakes happen,we are not all perfect, just be a nice person about the issue and you will get great results
