I am a picky owner as is AeroWagn. We have a great wheel refurbishing shop here in Branford, Ct.. I didn't believe a refinish could satisfy me but their work is more then satisfactory (like New).
Weighing the past good service and future service of my 3 SAABs I would have to agree with "sb". Don't piss them off even if you are P.Oed. If they have done good work they will continue to do so.
I would point out the damage and leave them to their results. I think they will, if they are like most SAAB dealers, do their upmost to please you. I would make it a point to begin my "Discovery" with your acknowledgement of their Techs usual expertise and care.
If you are like me you probably have found that a close relationship with the Service dept and Techs will pay bigger dividends.

In closing to AeroWagn " I know just how you feel"..
