jack up the car just barely enough to get the wheel off the ground and enough to get another jack under it, slide another jack under the tire with a piece of would on the end of the jack, and raise the 2nd jack under the wheel, so its lifting up on the wheel (with the bolts removed).
enough pressure should pop it loose - beware for a tire coming at you when it pops up though.
ALSO! if you notice the car is just being lifted higher and off the stand, stop the procedure and go to plan B - kick and whack the wheel as hard as u can.... these methods work for me.
also- this worked a few times:
loosen the bolts a little, then put the car in reverse, and back up and slam on the brakes, and then go forwards, etc, and keep braking hard.
