You guys rock. I love helping out others, but I gotta say, it's nice being on the receiving end ;)
I soaked the heck out of the rotors/hub with PB (crazy stuff, melts styrophome cups!), edged out one end, then wedged a 1/2" socket extender between it and the hub, and wacked it with a 2lbs rubber malet.
The hub and rotor had some serious rust, so removed the rust on the hub with a wire brush attached to my drill and I appied antiseize to the hub and rotor for good measure.
I can't wait to breakin my new brakes: slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Thanks again everyone.
