Sorry you are so upset, but you signed a contractual document specifying exactly how much you would pay at lease end if you wished to retain the car.
Ranting about SFSC won't change what you agreed to 3 years ago.
Instead, remember how this has benefitted you. The "too high" residual in the lease contract resulted in a much lower monthly lease payment. It is unfortunate that no one knew of your future plans at lease signing so they could explain why there is no opportunity to negotiate at lease end.
Negotiating at lease entry MAY be possible, but it would change the monthly amount due since it is determined from the MSRP, current incentives, current interest rates, and depreciation to residual amount.
