I know the point of an upgrade is to improve HP and torque, but was curious if fuel efficiency is the same under normal driving, when the turbo is not spooling like crazy.
I was looking at either Speedparts or Swedish Dynamics for my 2000 9-5. They both look impressive for a plug n play upgrade.
