to all, thank you all for the great input on the purchase of a new linear wagon. Overall I think I got a great deal, 32,40 with premium package, auto and met. paint. I even got them to throw in a rear cargo mat. I already own an 00' aero outo, few observations:

1. The new wood trim is awsome, it's a blackwood dash that looks great with the grey interior.
2. The 5 speed auto is worth every penny, it's smooth and the shift points are well calibrated, worst case you can shift yourself
3. The quality of the leather seats is less (ibelieve) than my Aero, i'm not if it's due to the model range but they look identical to mine.
4. The build quality semms to have improved over my 00'

Overall I am very pleased my wifee loves the car and I can sleep better anight knowing that she drives a safe vehicle that gets 23 miles to gallon.
