This is a summary of what happens with the I4 engines, more so with the T5's as those owners have had more time to get the wrong plugs. I don't know how all of this will apply to your engine. But as a V6 makes plug work difficult, I would not want to take chances of having to do the job over again.
Many have had problems with the Bosch plugs. As far as ever reported on these BB's no one has reported every running the Bosch plugs with Saab DI systems without problems. In many cases they seem fine at first but then they foul up and start tracking and the resulting misfiring then makes the backening of the plugs increase rapidly. The problems first occur on hard acceleration where the high pressures increase the breakdown voltage across the spark gap. As the fouling progresses, the misfiring and tracking occurs at lower levels of boost.
You need plugs that are hot enough to burn off the rich running on-boost deposits when crusing off-boost.
If they are running ok now and performance and mpgs are normal, you could inspect them frequently and see how things are progressing, if you are curous enough. I would not go off on a long trip with them. Did you keep the old plugs? You need the .035" gap in any case.
