You have to pry the old mirror off - you can use your fingers if you position the mirror so that one of the edges is exposed. Disconnect the heater wires and you are done.
The new mirror will have two copper tabs that will have to be snapped into place on the backside of the new mirror. Look at the old mirror to see how they go. Connect the heater wires and simply push the new mirror on until it snaps. You're done.
