Good Doctor,

I have only been a SAABer since November, and when I became one I jumped in head first with the 03 Aero with the 5A. Love it, I enjoy shifting up and especially shifting down with the paddles as I slow to stop. Coming over from a 528I Sports/Premium with the the 5M, I thought I was going to miss shifting, but I don't. I have gotten used to switching on the fly between Sport mode to Manual and then shifting with the paddles, its kind of fun as I still get the opportunity to max out the RPM's. I have noticed a very slight delay when shifting with the paddles for the gear to actually shift, but I am usually able to anticipate. I am sure its just the amount of time required after you shift for the gear to actually kick in to the selected gear.
