I don't see why you couldn't take a 9000 stick, mark it at the right spots (use a rotary tip engraver), and if you like the hole filled with oil routine, drill a hole at the right spot.
I'm fine just making sure there is oil in my oil tank of the 2-stroke...if there is some in there, it is all set for a drive....no oil=no go....these min-max things are all too crazy for me.
Since the NG 900, I have hated the dipstick design on all these cars....just can't tell if it is below, above, half-way....no idea.
maybe the drilling concept just below the max line would be good on the standard ng900/9-3 and 9-5 dipstick...anyone have a spare???
