I just had Armourglove installed on my car, http://www.armourglove.com. I also have a 2001 ACURA MDX and live in the Northeast. The MDX has 45,000 miles and not one chip on the sideview mirrors, hood, front bumper, spoiler or any of the lights. Armourglove is a clear protective film that is put on your vehicle and it really blends in. The MDX is dark Green and on the 95 Aero Wagon in Silver, you can't even see it from 2 feet away. This stuff is great, sure beats an ugly bra or a black strip of tape.
I had my entire bumper, spoiler, fog, Xenon, Turn Signals, Hood, Mirrors and running boards, whatever they're called under the doors from the rear of the front wheel well to the rear wheel well.
I would put this on any new car to protect it from highway hell!!!!
Please check out their web site, they now have the film for the 2003 Aero Wagon, they made it for mine while I waited and admired race cars at their facility in Greenwich Connecticut.
Do it, you won't be sorry!!!
