In my 95SET, the brake line had that valve installed in-line and it looks like the line had been installed hot and the lines and valve were a unit. This connected to the intake manifold with a captive threaded nut to act as a compression fitting.
The leak could be the valve itself, or valve body to atmosphere, or the line from the valve to the booster, or the booster itself or the line's rubber fitting to the booster.
Start the vehicle, parking brake on, foot off of the brake, and run the RPM's up, then get off of the throttle and this overrun will create a good vacuum. Shut down the engine and pump the brake hard, release and repeat and count how many strokes the boost can assist. And as you keep pumping, note how hard the petal becomes. Then repeat this pumping after the vehicle has sat for a while and compare the results. Does the petal feel as hard as aa fully depleated booster with the first stroke.
