Low speed hesitation/stumbling

Hey all...
I may be rehashing an old topic here, but it's new to my car, so I'm asking :)
99 9-5 wagon 2.3 LPT. 61k miles. Recently had 60k service, new NGK plugs, etc. Put a new battery in a month ago. Ran techron through the car several times in the past 5k miles.
Low speed maneuvering -- pulling out of parking spots, doing U-turns, etc., the car has begun stumbling/hesitating/surging. If you are just accelerating normally, no issues. Only when doing the low speed "in and out of the driveway" type stuff. Happens when cold AND when up to operating temperature.
Rather embarrasing, when the car acts like my old '71 BMW with the mistuned dual carbs :)
Any thing in particular I should be looking for here? Like I said, it's a new problem over the past month or so. Guess the $1k plus I paid the dealer was not worth it :)
Thanks
