Thank you for your advice. I could not see any problems with the old tires nor the new ones. At a shop where I've changed the tires I was told that it is a good prictice to check the allignment when you change tires. I didn't do that because I use to own SAAB 900 for many years/miles and I never had to allign the wheels on it so I thought that on SAAB 9-5 (like some other european models) you can't do wheel allignment (car is designed in such a way that wheel allignment is not an option). In fact, my SAAB certified dealer/mechanic does not provide a wheel allignment service. So I wasn't sure if this is a common practice or not practice at all.
