Castrol makes a wheel cleaner called Super Clean Wheel cleaner, which should not be confused with Castrol Super Clean. The former is fine to use on wheels, wheter it is better than other products is of course open to debate. The latter Super Clean, is a very strong all purpose cleaner that is NOT SAFE for painted surfaces, and should not go anywhere near your car. If you spill oil on the garage floor and are looking for a good cleaner, try it, just do not let it touch anything near a car,as it eats paint.
