Having the autoboxen is probably a good idea for all, as you get to concentrate on the vehicles balance and dynamics instead of coping with the clutch and stick in unfamiliar agressive situations. Once you learn what the course teaches you, you can take that home and integrate it into what every you drive. No problems.
