"All Season" tires perform worse in the rain than "summer" tires, with the possible exception of somem special purpose tires like BFG g-force "KD". It has to do with the tread rubber and the compounding needed to extend its flexibility to subfreezing temperatures.
Anyway, they're already on the car, I surmise, so to answer the question, the Y2K Aero carried "91" load rated tires. I would look up the recommended tire pressures for that combination and adopt them to your "91" Contis.
(but if there's still time, pick a 225-50-16 size instead...)
