My '00 Aero is on it's THIRD. A week after I bought it used this summer the battery died. Saab entitles all owners to at least one free battery. The dealership was able to tell looking at my battery that it was not original, but the system didn't have me recorded as having received my free replacement yet so the computer let him give me a replacement for free.
He told me original batterys from Sweden are white, while the replacements are black. Is this true? That was the logic he used to deduce the battery which died was already the 2nd battery in the vehicle.
