On original, car in service since 11/99, mileage is low (26M) but not an issue here. No noticeable problem.
But will be going to Northern New Hampshire over Christmas week, and car will be parked outdoors all the nights. Overnite temps can get down to zero where we will be, and of course an extreme night of lower (or more!) is always a possibility.
I have concerns about it being to handle an extreme night, and there is no dealer within 100 miles, along with psosibly no source of this battery anywhere near, either.
Any opinions as to whether to eat this in advance because of the possible zapping? I have generally never trusted original equip bbatteries past their warrnaty period.
