Roberti Motors is a site sponsor with a very good reputation for good cars and service. In NY somewhere, hope it is close to Manhattan. Click on 'Sponsors' at the bottom of the page for their website.
I would be less worried about the initial miles on the car than the care it has received in the miles driven. See if you can get a look at maintenence history. Also have a good Saab mechanic go over any car you are thinking of buying. Well worth the $$, and could save you many times the cost.
The 4cyl is a proven Saab engine. If cared for it will give you many hundreds of thousands of miles. I think the hp is pretty close for both engines, but the 6 will get you off the line quicker. The turbo may get you from 50-70mph quicker though, and has some better gas economy to boot.
