after 30k service, now my glove box door squeeks

I had a strange service experience last week. I took my 01 wagon in last week for the 30k service, and also asked them to look at the cupholder, which has begun to rattle when it's in the up position. Now that we have it back, there's a new cabin noise. I made an appointment to go back to the dealership before we figured out what it was, but last night we finally narrowed it down to the glove compartment door. The noise is there when it's closed, and gone when it's open. It's now rubbing against the frame and squeaking. Is there anything in the 30k service or cupholder inspection that would have caused an alignment change of the dash? They looked at the cupholder, but on the service record it says working to factory specs, while they told my wife that it was replaced. I was hoping for the spacer that has been described on saabnet to keep it from rattling while closed. I also had a problem with the puddle lights on the door not coming on all the time and the worked on the door contacts and the passenger side bulb.
Any thoughts on dash work making the glove door rattle/squeak? I have 2 9-5's and I know this is a new noise that wasn't there last week.
