I've got an 03 Aero with Xenon Headlights. I had them set it up in the following way:
Off Position Parking lights front and back on even if fog light switch is on, fogs are off as are the Xenons
Middle Position Parking lights on and stay on even if you shut off the engine, be careful. This position also allows you to drive with parking lights on and fogs on, again, if left in this position, the lights stay on if you shut off the engine and forget to shut them off
Full position Everything on if you also select fogs
Dash lights stay on in all positions.
