other than what is intended like from the air-conditioner.
Every dealer is different but there is no excuse to the scratches, dents and such from tools even if they are under the hood. There is absolutely no excuse. If someone can put in all those things under the hood without scratching, I see no reason not to expect the same when taking things apart for repair using due care and professional judgement.
Work with the dealer and see what they can do. You may want to escalate the oil leak issue with Saab as it is a bit unusal for essentially a new car.
