Your luck with Saab may have been worse than average, but I don't blame you for seeking something more reliable. The 04 TL does have a very active and spirited discussion forum, which you can find at this address: http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=61. A couple days after I bought an '03 9-5 Aero instead of the TL I posted my decision to that board and generated a decent amount of discussion (although not very substantitive) which can be found here: http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=63593. But be sure to check out the thread around "Known problems" (near the top of the first page) which had gotten dozens of submissions. The TL is newly redesigned and is having its share of initial bugs, although nothing earth-shattering. But there are those who would tell you never to buy in a model's first year. At least the repairs would be under warranty. Good luck.
