It is a leak, not evaporation.
They should be able to pressurized the system with a regulator and shoo air over night and and get the leak to show up. The can also add a floresent die to the coolant and after a few days, look for the leak with a black light. Engine oil can be sent out for detection of antifreeze?
Any visual signs in the oil?
Auto tranny? How does it look? Any signs of been overfilled?
Check inside of TB, which has a coolant loop in it to heat it. The TB body die casting could have a leak, check its exterior too. And check the air box drain too.
