Got 15 years experience in this department...

Oil change.

Fill up the tank with the highest octane you can get(94).

Park it.

Take the battery out and store it inside, not directly on concrete; maybe a workbench or old table?

Charge the battery on the first of every month(to develop a routine and avoid the 'did I do that yet?' question.

If possible, leave the car in neutral and chock the wheels, then once a month, roll it back a foot or so to avoid a flat spot on those tires. You can even jack it up and keep the tires off the floor altogether to keep them round. Or, avoid this step and put up with the annoying flat spots for about fifty miles after you take it out in the spring.

Leave the windows down (and trunk open) to aid in air circulation and reduce mildew, but keep the top up.

If you can find silicone grease, apply it lightly with your finger to all the weather stripping(use a surgical glove). Pay special attention to the roof seals and the hidden folds in the weather seals.

Wax(Zaino), bug remove, spray Lexol on any leather(don't wipe), armor all on the plastic(not the wood), vac, etc.

I once had a bat leave a nice mess on my windshield so get an inexpensive cover to avoid a direct hit on any painted surfaces.
