There's a red one and a green one and a blue one and a yellow one - and orange. Blue is "G-48" - sold by Zerex as well as by Saab dealers. Its closest relation is Yellow (aka Mercedes Benz, or G-05). Very similar chemically, the Yellow seems to have more silicate - better for cast iron water pump impellers, worse for water pump seals, but in either case, not that much of a difference. I'd use Blue if I could, Yellow would be a close second choice. DexCool is third choice - Blue, yellow, and orange are all "organic acid" inhibitor packages - blue and yellow both use sebacic acid, orange is carboxyl. Don't ask. Don't use Green. Orange is silicate free. Red is the same as orange but with the addition of nitrites to prevent wet liner caviation - Saab's don't have wet liners. Only older Peugeots, Renaults, Alfas, and Heavy Duty Trucks (to my knowledge).
