Generally, it may be an easy thing to do but there's a caveat - it is practicaly impossible to drain the cooling system entirely :-( ... as much as 1/3 of the old coolant stays in the engine block, heating system etc.
Actually, I know it is generally a good practice to refresh any of the liquid stuff in our cars but I don't see much point in changing the coolant. Unless, of course, there is some contamination in it (i.e., engine oil - but that would be really bad!) or the freezing point is too high.
