contract. Your lease should have the purchase price of the vehicle, the residual value at the end of your lease, the amount of paydown, your monthly payment, and various items that the leasing company wanted to stick to you.
You are financing (at a certain interest rate) the difference between the purchase price and the residual value of the car by your monthly payment.
Just look carefully at the lease and all these items should be on there.
You may get close to your sales guy's amount but unless you know exactly what he is using or what additonal add-ons he is sticking to you, your number is likely to be lower than his :-P.
