I had the turbo replaced on my 2000 9 5 because of blue smoke and a few weeks later also smelled burning oil while stopped at lights. I took the car to my mechanic and he replaced the oil pressure switch (that is what it says on the bill, perhaps he meant sensor?) which cost about $17 for the part and about an hour's labor. The smell went away and hasn't returned. He said that part often leaks on 9 5s and the oil drips directly onto the exhaust. Hope it helps.
