Add to the standard 60,000 mile inspection a thorough inspection of the idler pulleys and tensioner pulley on the serpentine belt. It may even be prudent to replace the pulleys at this time.
Saab says to replace the belt at 60,000 miles but says nothing about the pulleys. There have been a number of postings where a pulley failed before the second scheduled belt change at 120,000 miles.
Check the PCV hoses and check valve too, they tend to rot from the engine gasses after time. If there is any evidence of oil leaks, have the mechanic perform the PCV system modification/repair described in the October '03 technical service bulletin. This TSB can be viewed at genuinesaab or Townsend, both are site sponsors.
Enjoy your new car.
