replace water pump at 60K service for V6?

I have my 60K service coming up for my '99 9-5 V6. As I expected, the service advisor recommends that the water pump be replaced at the same time as the timing belt is replaced, as it is readily accessible once all that is needed to change the belt has been taken off the engine. Every car I've ever owned at a 60K timing belt change I've been recommended to replace the water pump at the same time...at this point I don't know if this is more factually required or just offered out of habit.
Does anyone have any experience with the life expectncy of the 9-5 water pump, and should I replace it just because it will be "accessible" at this service?
Also recommended with the timing belt change was changing of the camshaft seals (4), and the crankshaft seal. Anyone agree or disagree? Parts are pretty low cost here, especially from some of the site sponsors (my dealer has no problem allowing me to supply my own Saab parts, to their great credit).
Replacement of the timing belt tensioner was NOT specifically recommended, but I am going to have it replaced as my choice.
