A few things....
Did you buy the car used???
Do not wash car in a carwash that often. I know its cold in VT but only bring it there 1x every two months. Car washes spray recycled water(with TONS of salt) at your car. I suspect lots of your problems are related to this.

You say you can buy the car out for $12K? Where did this figure come from?
Did SAABUSA offer you this price or did you put a big downpayment and have big monthly payments?

I would suggest you STOP going to your dealer (please anme them by the way) and find another one EVEN if it means driving to NH. I would call another delaer and explain the situation and ask them if you can leave the car with them for a few days.

Try to get a hold of (yourself) not the delaer the name and number of the local regional manager for Saab in New England.
Is there a Lemon Law in VT. (Leases are coverd by lemon law in Mass. I'm in Mass and this would help.
