Seems a bit pricey for 44k miles, but on the other hand a 2002 has alot of nice improvements over an 01. That car coulda' been had for around $30k new at one point late in the model year. Right now an 04 Linear SportWagon, automatic, metallic paint and comfort package lists for Does it have a premium package with the memory seats, auto dim mirror (HomeLink in 02's ?) and HK sound?

Can't tell you your local dealer's pricing philosophy, but USUALLY there's a little fudge room from a dealers "asking" price. Always the same dilemma, wait and see if they lower the price because it's been sitting around for awhile or hassle and haggle with 'em now a little, you can never tell. I'd start 'em at $20k even and meet 'em in the middle, good luck.
