I always read CR -- and they've been bashing Land Rover Disco as not worth the money for years.
Coincidentally -- the other day here in the Northeast we had a bit of a snowstorm -- and my brother called to tell me of a Disco totally losing control somewhere in NJ (I think he was on 287)-- no one else nearby, just another case of false security because 'I'm driving a 4x4'. He said it almost tipped when it went into the ditch, btw.
